Our dining room is designed to provide comfort and enjoyment for our residents during mealtimes. 

An Arkansas Registered Dietician monitors all meals and preparation is under direct supervision of a Certified Dietary Manager.  Residents receive a specified diet as ordered by their private physician.  Compliance is monitored at all meals.

Substitutes are prepared in advance to make sure likes/dislikes are honored, and that adequate nutrition is maintained at all times.  Family members are encouraged to dine with the residents frequently.  Once a month residents select a menu that includes a collection of their favorites!  This is just one more way an element of "choice" is interjected to improve the quality of life at Southridge Village.
