Villa Condominiums
These spacious

are built in 4 unit buildings with a carport

Little Red River. A 10% deposit will insure
your selected condo with
the balance due at

Monthly
Service Fees:
A nominal monthly fee will be assessed for
insurance, real estate taxes, termite
protection and exterior maintenance such as:
landscaping, lawn services, cleaning gutters
and cleaning streets and community center.
A friendly call is made daily to check with
residents to make sure everything is okay,
if requested.
Scheduled transportation is available within
the city limits, or by appointment at the
office for weekly shopping, banking,
drop-off and pickup to doctors appointments.
