Located in Heber Springs, Arkansas close to the banks of the Little Red River and Greers Ferry Lake is an Arkansas retirement community called Southridge Village at Sugarloaf Mountain. Our new retirement community is a planned continuing care retirement community (CCRC) with independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing. The facilities are designed to provide continuous healthy living; quality housing and built in amenities.

In fact, we're the first community that let's you choose the housing option best suited to your needs. We are a Level II Assisted Living Facility. Over time, our tiered living arrangements will allow you to "age-in-place," and maintain as independent a lifestyle as possible.
