All residents at Southridge Nursing & Rehab Center will be evaluated for appropriateness for this special program.  Nursing staff and therapists continually review plans of care to make sure every resident receives services to maintain maximum level of function.  Our goal being to return the residents to their homes as soon as rehabilitation is complete.

Our skilled facility participates in the Medicare Program to ensure every resident receives the best possible plan of care to return to the highest level of function.  Our experienced staff will help residents take advantage of every benefit to which they are eligible.  Their Physician will participate in the development and implementation of the overall plan of care, utilizing a variety of services: physical, occupational, speech, respiratory and recreational therapies, social and dietary services, specialized nursing services, i.e., I.V. therapy, pain management and wound care.
