Southridge Village Nursing & Rehab
Center. Thank you for visiting us.
Our direct care
complement consists of Registered Nurses,
Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified
Nursing Assistants. Our healthcare personnel
are trained and receive continuous education
to assist with our residents' special needs,
i.e., Hospice, Respite and Rehabilitation.
Our nursing and
rehab center has been in operation for over
forty years and in our brand new building
since November 2002. Our facility is
outfitted with state of the art equipment
and dedicated, professional staff. Our
mission is to provide the best quality of
care, in the best of all settings--in
Southridge Village Retirement Community.
